¨A storming success¨ wrote daily newspaper Enköping Posten about the world premiere of Pär Lindh´s new piece the concerto in a minor in four movements for oboe, violin, celesta, tubular bells and stringorchestra after it´s first performance december 4th in Litslena church in Sweden.
Soloist´s was Kennet Bohman oboe who delivered a superb performance. Anders Lagerqvist violin and Pär Lindh celesta & harpsichord also had their soloparts in the work.
The full church responded with thunderous applause after each movement and sometimes even during the movements.
This huge positive reaction from all people attending the event might suggest that this concerto will in the future become a standard repertoar piece of classical music!
Pär Lindh´s history as classical artist
During the past decades Pär Lindh has toured as classical musician in Europe and the Americas where he has given hundreds of soloconcerts as Harpsichordist, Concertpianist and Organist.
He has toured extensively in the Americas in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and in the USA on over a dozen occations both as classical soloist as well as the leader of his music ensemble The Pär Lindh Project. Concert tours in Europe includes countries like Germany, Italy, France, England, Portugal, Belgium and Scandinavia.

Pär Lindh performs in Litslena church during a concert march third in his concert series which will continue until december 2012. In this 14th century church Pär performes in the 18th century style with no electric lights only with candlelight while he plays pieces from late renaissance, Baroque and the classical era and also performes his own compositions and arrangements of different composers.
